Q1. During your presentation, will you use a laptop on stage? You will be provided a HDMI cable for connection.

Q2. Will you present your work on stage using both your own laptop, AND our staging technicians?

Max. 300MB each (h264 codec will reduce file size)
Start: 3 sec. Fade from black
Start: 3 sec. Black then hard cut in
End: 3 sec. Fade to black
End: hard cut then 3 seconds of black
End: hard cut then freeze end frame for 3 sec. Do this if you require a pause on end frame.
English subtitles included (if voice)
Submit online 7 days before event, or...
Deliver on site (USB) to technicians at least 1 day before presentation
